Napo martyrs cemetery is located on the crab mountain in the north of Napo County, Baise City, covering an area of 104700 square meters. It was built in February and March 1979 to bury the martyrs who died in the self-defense fight against Vietnam. After three times of renovation and re planning in 1990, 1998 and 2008, the park now has a 17.5-meter high martyr monument, two 4-meter-high gray and white granite statues of PLA soldiers, a 520.7-square-meter exhibition hall, two 6-meter-high-12-meter-wide mausoleum gates, as well as a number of rest corridors, pavilions and other infrastructure. The cemetery area, Monument and square are all paved Floor tiles, a 4 m wide cement road and a 6 m wide 377 climbing steps lead from the cemetery gate to the top of the mountain, joining the cemetery square and exhibition hall.

The cemetery is divided into five tomb areas. There are 952 revolutionary martyrs who died during the self-defense fight against Vietnam and during the defensive war against Vietnam, including 723 troops and 229 militiamen, including Guangxi, Guangdong, Hunan, Guizhou, Shandong, Beijing, Hubei, Liaoning, Fujian, Hainan, Henan, Hebei, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Zhejiang and Anhui Martyrs from 16 provinces, cities and districts.

From the cemetery, you can have a panoramic view of the mountain city. After several repairs, today's martyrs cemetery is majestic and spectacular, with green trees, fragrant flowers and charming scenery. Napo martyrs cemetery is not only an important base for people of all ethnic groups to carry out patriotism and revolutionary tradition education, but also a place for relatives, comrades in arms and the public to mourn the martyrs of the Vietnam War. Now it has become a beautiful scenic spot for people to rest and play in Napo County and surrounding cities and counties.
